Recession is the economic cycle when consumption or demand reduced and it adversely affects the complete economy. In simple words recession means low economic activity in the system. Joining day in FMCG sales job

Pls read the e book On the day of your joining please reach on time and meet the HR manager or executive for your joining formality. Please make sure your that your dress code should be as per your interview day. Carry your all the document you asked for . If your joining town is other than your home town or present town please make arrangement for stay .sometime you may needed to stay for a week. You may have to undergo some basic training of your organization. May be you have to work with some of new colleague . May be you have to attend class room training for day or two .  After completion of your joining and training formalities come back to your job location and start working . After finalization FMCG sales interview

Pls read this e book Once you are finalized please ask for formal offer letter from and check it properly. All the component of your CTC need to be checked with extra care. After reading your offer letter properly give your acceptance to the new organization. Next is once you have accepted the offer now it is your turn to give resignation to your current employer. Before giving formal resignation please have a discussion with your present boss. Never send your formal resignation letter without informing your present boss. Once your present employer has accepted your resignation send your resignation acceptance to new employer. Based on your resignation acceptance your recruitment process will be initiated.                Pls read this e book Once your selection is done , now it is your turn to discuss about career. First thing to check with the interviewer is the appointment condition. Whether appointment is under mother company /marketing company or any other third party contractual firm, this is most important . Negotiate for your fixed salary as far as possible. If you are an   experience holder you have the chance to negotiate strongly. If they hire you with your expected salary then you will be   gainer, else nothing to lose. Remember one thing ,if you   need a good organization ,company also need a good employee. Normally FMCG company gives 20 % to 30 % hike from your existing salary. Always remember to ask for   a hike from your fixed part of   the salary.   A hike of 30 % from your CTC   does not mean your fixed salary will be increased by 30% . This is the first step of your interview and it will decide very much for your job selection process. If you are a fresher , tell your name ,age , your home town , your academics qualification, achievement , your academic percentage (if it is good otherwise skip it). If you are an experience holder then you should start with your name ,then your designation of your   existing company .
